This project is located in Nilai Negeri Sembilan and now it is under progress. This site is beside of Stadium Tertutup Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The project is using Industrialized Building System (IBS) which is one of the popular and modern techniques for construction. The design planning of this construction as below:
